Mr. Albert Law Yu Kwan
Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Albert Law Yu Kwan has 40 years of financial management and general management experience at senior executive level, most of which with multinational and sizeable local conglomerates including listed and unlisted. Before founding UBC, he was Group CFO of two local listed conglomerates, the Wang On Group and South China Group, with property development in both Hong Kong and Mainland China, modern wet market operation, the well-known Wai Yuen Tong brand of Chinese medicine, the leading OEM toy manufacturer – Wah Shing Toys, financial institution, travel industry and media. At listed company board level, he was an Executive Director of South China Holding and South China Assets Holdings between 2011 and 2017.
Furthermore, Mr Law was also an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit Committee of Guangzhou Automobile Group Company between 2007 and 2013. He was also the first locally appointed Treasurer of the then Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club in 1982. His other major employment included IBM World Trade Corporation, Ampex Ferrotec, Electronic industry Limited a subsidiary of General Electric USA, TAB and Australian Chinese Daily in Sydney Australia, TVB, Winning Group, K.K. Yeung Financial Management Consultants International, K. Wah Construction Materials, A.A. Associate Consulting International.
Mr Law has extensive experience in major corporate exercises such as financial reengineering, group restructuring, change management, company rescue, Y2K project, setting up a modern corporate treasury function and in 2005, the HKD18.4 BN landmark acquisition of Galaxy Enertainment by K. Wah Construction Material. Mr Law also has a wealth of experience in overseeing functions including management level IT, legal, HR, company secretary, finance, internal audit, investor and public relations.
Mr Law has been the President of the Institute of Accountants in Management since 2007 and had also served as the President of the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (Hong Kong Division) in 2005/2006 and the Chairman of the Enterprise Governance Committee from 2003 to 2006. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow Member of the Association of International Accountants in England, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of Certified Public Accountant in Australia, a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Society of Registered Financial Planners and a member of CGMA, North Asia Management Accounting Leader’s Think Tank.

has 30 years of extensive experience headed up human resources management function of big corporations including China Overseas Construction Group, Hong Kong Telecom/CSL, Dah Chong Hong, National Mutual Insurance (now AXA Group) and Shui On Group. Apart from commercial experience, he also served public organization, education institutes and NGOs since early 90s as Board and/or Committee members of such organization as NGO Salary Survey Task Force of HKCSS, Executive Committee of Hong Kong Student Aid Society, HR Committees of HK Society of Rehabilitation and HK Breast Cancer Foundation, etc. Weymond is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management and has been the Hon Assistant Professor of University of Hong Kong teaching People Management for 20 years.
Mr. Ramone P.F. Au Yeung

Mr. Au Yeung is an IPO expert in the Hong Kong listing regime, specializing in the PRC property sector. He has over 30 years of experiences in property development, M&A projects, reverse take-over, equity and debt financing, credit control, tax and other compliance matters. He has also worked at various financial institutions, conglomerates and an international audit firm. He currently holds board positions as Independent Non-Executive Directors (“INEDs”) of 6 HK-listed companies. Mr. Au Yeung is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a chartered financial analyst of the CFA Institute, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
